Uh oh on registering again......

This weekend we decided to start getting stuff ready for the nursery and for a daddy car for Chase. We looked on Saturday for a car for Chase since his car is to small. Can't wait to find him a new car!! On Sunday it was Kindergarten recognition day for Kayden at church. She was so quite and shy but so cute. Afterwards we went out for lunch to Red Lobster. Later that afternoon Vanessa and I went to Lonestar Baby to register for the bedding and the stroller/carseat combo. Chase and I finally had decided on a bedding that we both agreed on and I get there and find out that it is being discontinued. I was so upset and shocked at the same time. But good news did come from going there. They were able to pull everything I needed that was left from there store and the other stores and have them held for me so no one else can purchase them. I was so thankful because this means we don't have to find another one and we and can finally start the nursery. Yeah!! While I was there I also found out that they do price match so I got the 4 piece bedding and Vanessa bought us the lamp. All the other stuff is being held and it is at a price match as well. Now I can not wait to have the shower!!!

Florida Vacation

Our trip to Florida was amazing. It was just what this pregnant person needed. We starting driving down on Monday at about 5:30 in the morning. I was so tired I took a little catnap right away. We made it to Florida, found a hotel checked in and headed out for dinner. We made our way around and found this wonderful shopping center and had pizza. The next day we got up and headed to the beach. It was so pretty there and the water felt great. Although it had moss in the water there was no oil. The sand was so white and pretty. We spent a couple of hours relaxing there before we headed back to clean up and head to the outlet mall. Of course we had to buy something for Channing while we were down there. He got some cute shirts from Tommy Hilfiger. We then headed to the harbor walk for dinner and to sign up for our excursion the next day. Wednesday was our anniversary, I can not believe we have already been married for 3 wonderful years. It has been the best 3 years of my life with Chase and now we are starting our little family. We woke up and headed out to our Glass Bottom Dolphin tour. It was so cool to get out on the ocean and see the water out further. We got to catch a crab and a puffer fish. We finally found one dolphin and it followed our boat around for a little bit. I have never gotten sea sick before and I am not sure if it is because of the pregnancy or the rocking of the boat but I got a little sick. I had to eat some pretzels to make the sickness go away. The captain of the boat even let me drive it was so much fun. Too bad Chase did not get to see me do it or get any pictures. That night for our anniversary we went to the Melting Pot. We were hoping it would be a lot like SImply Fondue but it wasn't at all. The food was good but not as great as Simply Fondue. The day was wonderful and relaxing as was the entire vacation which is just what we needed. We left early on Thursday morning because we thought there was going to be a tropical storm. It was raining when we left the next morning so I am sure it was a good idea. The trip was great and the best way to spend our last one as just the two of us even though technically Channing was along for the ride.
